It would probably be a safe bet to say you and others were on here telling us all how Bama wasn’t a Championship team the 4 times we won it after having a heartbreaking loss. Call it pumping sunshine or whatever you want, I will sit back and enjoy the ride. It’s not going to last forever.

I acknowledge that there is room for improvement in many areas. There are 4 more games until the showdown in ATL should we get there to fine tune and get ready. Call me crazy but I believe in Coach and Alabama. I do believe they deserve that given past results. If we lose, I will not hang my head. I understand that you can’t win a NC every year. This year is not over yet! RTR!
a pretty safe bet you don’t have a clue about which you wrote. Point out where I said this or any Bama team was not a Championship team.
Pretty safe bet you and others never engage in football discussion on a football board. It’s just too easy to gloss over everything with a spoiled Bama fan response . In this very thread I’ve pointed to the Bama domination of Tennessee and posted stats to back that up. In another thread pre game I posted Bama will win handily, they are the better team. But I will always talk about football and the things the team did well or the things that didn't go right and the possible reasons.
That ridiculous first statement really doesn’t make sense. I have not only maintained Bama will get to Atlanta , but also beat Georgia in the SECCG. what we do is what Georgia doesn’t defend well. But after this week , apparently we don’t defend the passing game very well , either. But that’s not your concern as it will solicit a spoiled Bama fan response.

Color commentator, job #1: Make sure we don't have dead air.

So, if I'm hearing you correctly, you don't like him for doing the job he's literally paid to do???
Just listen to the clip after the late hit out of bounds call on the UT player, #33. He goes on and on about how it’s an iffy call.

It was as clear of a call as you could get. As a player, he would have demanded that call. What gives? Is this because he is prone to going above and beyond to prove he’s not biased for Alabama? Or is he that air-headed?

I don’t think Greg is an air head at all…

This was the only thing he said I took issue with. You’re right, if it were him he’d be pleading for that call.

I believe the biggest whiners about the team are the most spoiled.

they struggle to enjoy the game. They look for the most minute flaws in the team and repeatedly talk about them just for the chance to say “I told you so”

we def have a spoiled Housewives of Beverly Hills thing going on the site.

LOL, the fifteenessee fans are still starting threads about the "targeting no call" (I think it should have been called or at least looked at) and constantly stating that it's because the SEC / refs 'protect Bama' - completely ignoring the fact that Bama lost a player to targeting early in the A&M game that arguably cost them the game...

As an aside, I think it was the same player in both cases - if so, Moore needs to get that straightened out.

Regardless, I love the whining. Fifteen in a row must hurt badly, hahahahaha

The very same player, but it was obvious he led with his shoulder, there may have been incidental helmet contact as a result. By letter of the rule, probably targeting. By spirit of the rule, it wasn’t. I do believe intent was meant as a determining factor, otherwise they wouldn’t include such things as launch , crown of helmet in the rule language.

It’s funny. I have seen the targeting call and especially the fumble recovery in the end zone (clear Bryce recovered the fumble) cost them the game. New rule I guess , if you recover an opponents fumble in your end zone you are rewarding with 10 first downs and 200 yards of offense to be used anywhere on the field and at any point in the game!

If we cannot absolutely destroy them, this is my favorite way to beat them. Let there be some cloud hanging over it, even if its made up in their minds. Let it torture them for years.

Okay, but how about stop launching towards a player's head/neck area? Totally unnecessary and quite frankly, begging for stupid prizes.

When I saw 13 do it again the other night I thought, "man you learned absolutely nothing from the A&M game". It was way too similar to the play he was kicked out for. He needs to avoid it no matter what he or anyone else thinks the rule is.

They should be the last ones to talk about us being protected by the SEC/Refs. I mean they had one of their own running the conference and he did us no favors.

Agree wholeheartedly, but also, how about occasionally calling targeting on OFFENSIVE players who ALWAYS lower their heads crown forward prior to a hit? The rule is a good one; let it be enforced equitably.
