Bryce out there stealthily creating Heisman Moments....Savage
You mean by “stealthily creating” the two worm-killer throws he managed to get off on the final drive when going down on either play might’ve taken the clock down to triple zeros? Otherwise, no stealth necessary, it’s “Bryce Is Ice’s” Heisman to win by an even bigger margin next Satty in Nick Saban Mercedes-Benz Stadium…

I put on a Bama vest in the last two minutes. I'd forgotten... :)
That is awesome. So I get home during 3rd quarter & my wife says here Put it on NOW. I have this old Russell Athletic BAMA sweatshirt. Every time I wear it when we play Auburn (Saban era) we win. Also undefeated in SEC championships. True story. Today I honestly thought streak over. RTR

Most anyone who's been around me during a game will tell you I expect Bama to win even when it seems impossible, so I get it.

But just because I expect them to win doesn't mean I enjoy watching them flop around. :)
As I said earlier I turned it off after we turned it over on downs. I even posted in the game thread that it was basketball season now. I honestly did not think we would get the ball back and even if we did there was little chance of us actually scoring to tie it up. Anyone who watched that whole game and thought we would actually score was crazy to believe it. I was watching old episodes of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia when I got an alert on my phone that it was tied and going to OT. I tuned back in to watch that and let my heart race and hit all time highs and made my smart watch think I had started a workout.

Very happy to get the win but there are some coaches on this staff that need to find a new line of work.

Some idiot is claiming Brooks got away with a push off on that TD
Yeah, and I hope he did.
In fact, I hope he mugged him and left him crushed in a heap.

After that "Saints-Rams" level DPI they did NOT CALL on Auburn, they can shove anything about referees right up their backsides forever and ever amen.

THAT was insanely horrific, and it happens every single time we play there in that quicksand pit.

Defensively the Barn had 159 total yards. Both scores came on possessions that started on the Bama side of the field.

Alabama had double the penalty yards.

Yes BoB’s playcalling sucked. Our line play in both run and passing game was horrendous. But calls and non calls, especially defensive holding and DPI does effect field position and down and distance, and what gets called when and where.

I’m happy with the win. Ugly but a win is a win. But I’m quite frankly tired of blatant home cooking in Auburn.

And to think I used to have fond memories of winning close games.

Games under Saban had gotten too predictable, too one sided. Sometimes you get what you ask for in spades.

Thank you. I got called out on the game thread for making the same comment.
