Ok so I know you guys are not going to believe me. I really wasn’t stressed at halftime. I was like “watch they are gonna John McLane from die hard this game” and they did.

Missed the first half but was keeping up through scoring updates from the CBS Sports App. Thought all was lost. What a second half!!

Does anyone know what changes we made at halftime? Looked to me like we helped the OT's some and also ran more to the edges. On Defense our DL manned up and just ate their lunch...especially considering they threw the ball 41 times. Jihaad Campbell was fantastic...not sure what happened to Trezman Marshall. The DL really tightened up and allowed the LBS to play downhill is all I can tell.

Looked like we realized their d line was teeing off on our oline on the first clap. We changed up the snap and that helped tremendously along with Milroe running the ball.

One of the big changes was on defense. We kept getting caught in bad personnel packages in theb1st half, and due to the hurry up no sub vol offense, we couldn't get out of it. We put our great players on the field in the 2nd half. Notice how much more impact 15 had in the 2nd half? It's because he was on the sideline for alot of the 1st half.

I do want to mention JC Latham. That dude stoned his man ALL NIGHT. He really is a quality offensive lineman!

What a game !!!!!! I’ve only been to Bryant Denny Stadium 10 times but I’ve never heard it that loud !!! It was ROCKING and I really think that helped , especially in the end !!!!! Roll Damn Tide !!!’

The Vol coach put on a veritable puppet show when asked about the officiating during his press conference. Wonder what he said about his 4th down strategy. Refs were responsible for that, too, I suppose.

I agree with the vile fans, the refs did have an impact on the game. They missed PI on tennessee that led to an interception for them. They missed a tennessee player punching an Alabama player in the head after the play was over. Oh wait they probably don't mean that.

Things I learned about the game today from reading on Vilenation.
Bama holds every freaking play
Bama should be called for PI at least 1 out of 2 passes attempted.
Viles fans weren't happy with the 4th down calls. LOL
Saban pays the officials

I knew this but if I didn't after reading Vilenation I would now know that the SEC office is in Birmingham.

Throwing on first down helped. But the two smashmouth plays to start the 3rd quarter brought the defensive backfield down and stretched the field.

Oh and if Alabama is holding on every play, they are not doing a very good job of it. Jalen has been sacked a lot.
