  • Hi Guest, we are working on updating the site servers and software. We're also 'forcing' everyone to read and agree to our site privacy policy and terms of service. There are no significant changes to either of these but the terms page does clarify a few things that are mostly in the legalese. You can just click the checkbox for both and continue using the site as usual! We'll update you more on the site upgrades VERY soon! THANK YOU AS ALWAYS for supporting the site and being an active participant!

Yea, like watching the news on TV. But, we have been told by very prominent people on this board...I mean the most prominent, that dude is gone. So, he gone.
Bama had an 80 something % chance to make the playoffs going into conference championship week. Things can change. This was supposed to be his swan song and final showcase for the NFL draft. It wasn’t.

Except the one player (Simpson) who got the shortest end of the stick here is staying. That's why I think there's more to this than what we are privy to. I'm pretty sure if we had all the information, we would all.understand. I also think if it were really a situation where DeBoer just refused to pull the trigger like you're saying, then Simpson would be gone.
Simpson should appeal to the NCAA and be like “Your Honor(s), I was forced to sit behind this clown for two years. Haven’t I been punished enough? I deserve some more eligibility.”

I mean honestly it worked for Pavia…

Really, I think that the coaches are not earning their salary. They had plenty of time to insert "run the flipping football again, again and again" into their plan but somehow failed to do that. Get the opposing D worried about stopping the running game and Milroe looks like Johnny Unitas throwing the football.
