Our starter is so green, we need the bulk of the reps for him...
You can make a case for both the ideas here, but more experience for Bryce is the way to go. People need to realize it's not gonna go fantastic for him in every game like the Miami deal. There are gonna be bumps in the road, but there is also great potential.

One thing I really hope improves this week is our (((wait for it))) interception return game (Bama problems, I know ;))! Both of our interceptions last week had penalties on the return. We need to turn those plays into NOTs!

One thing I hate about the cupcake games is that I can't watch them because I don't have the SEC Network. These kind of games are good though to rest players and give the backups some experience. Hopefully nobody gets injured as injuries are the only thing that can go wrong in a game like this. Some late betting action on Mercer as the spread has gone down from 56.5 to currently 53. I'll take a 53 point win however. Roll Tide!

Just. Stay. Healthy.

This was a feeling I never had last year... the fear of something happening against a nobody team that couldn't beat our 3rd string. Lot's of positives to that 10 game SEC schedule. I know no one agrees with me.
I liked it. Bama played everybody in the SEC except USCe and Vandy. That ain't a bad schedule. Historic number of wins against SEC schools. Nobody has ever won that many games against SEC opponents in a year.
