This is going to sound a tad out of left field, but I've been studying the "psychology" on this OSU board. It reminds me of the collective inferiority complex you get from Auburn or Boise State. They are scapegoating.
And it's rather sad.

We Alabama fans -- especially guys my age -- have been in this boat a lot.
Had we not finished # 2, do you know who I would've blamed?
I would've blamed ourselves (the team, coaches, students, alumni, and fans) for not doing what we needed to do on Nov 5th.

It would never have crossed my mind to "blame" OSU, or Stanford, or Va Tech. I can't relate to that mindset. I'm just not wired that way.

But, as someone said, let's stay above the fray.
When people challenge our victory on Jan 9th (saying the series is tied at 1-1), simply be polite and say that we won the BCS NCG. When you have a head-on-head matchup, records and resumes don't matter anymore.

I have seen some of their post and yesterday early they seemed to have some good things about them but 24 hours later they seem to be like the barn. They really think spending a bunch of money and winning one title they are an elite team. 107th in defense and you really want to play in the big game. What part of your offense can't score standing on the sidelines do they not understand. I am really going to be pulling for Stanford in the fiesta bowl.
