The AP poll is gonna be a mess today. Auburn has a solid case for number 1 in spite of the loss at Duke, but I think it’ll be Tennessee with us in 2nd.

Arkansas State, who played Bama solidly a few weeks back, knocked off Memphis yesterday. Penny burned up all the good will he got in Maui pretty quick lol.

That being said Arky State is solid and will probably dance out of the Fun Belt.

Every team in the SEC is in the top 70 in KenPom. As of now everyone looks dangerous. The winner of the conference could easily have 6 losses.

Only thing of note was Johni got to rest before the home stretch of noncon and Jahki Howard catching bodies at the rack all game now that he’s back in the rotation.

Only 2 real measuring sticks left in noncon with 4 games left. OSU who we should thrash in Atlanta and Purdue who we should smash in Birmingham.

I think if you look at the current metrics along with the results in non conference play, it looks like the SEC is a basketball *conference* now.

So as of right now Auburn is 1st in NET, 1st in KenPom, 2nd in Torvik and 4th in EvanMiya.

Right now I actually think EvanMiya has a better bead on us than most. He’s the only one that didn’t slam us on AdjDE after the Duke loss, though he thinks less of our offense than everyone else.
