But he wasn't primarily an LT. He probably would have had a better chance to go in the 1st had he been a tackle for all 4 years.

But he was a starting LT. However, I agree he would have had a good chance at 1st round if he played all 4 yrs at tackle. DJ was a 1st round pick at RT which adds to our starting tackles going in the 1st round.

The awesome thing about our 2012 team is that all 5 of the OL have very good a chance to all be starting NFL linemen. If we continue to recruit and develop linemen like this, we are going to be successful for a long time!

I saw this on an LSU board: Kenny King's brother, Shawn King, is a former LSU player who was involved in an infamous fight with Shaq in the dorms in the early 1990s, was thrown out of LSU, and transferred to NLU. Kenny King is the father of Cam's younger sister.

247 reported that he had probably the best day of anyone on Monday at the Opening. He was very dominant from what the report said and if you see their top 6 OL it has JC Hassaenauer 6th, Viane Talamaivao 3rd, Damien Mama 2nd and Robinson 1st and UA has two committed and good chances with the other two

I'd be surprised. He'd have to live in LSU territory for 5-6 more months. Since he's an early enrollee, I'd fully expect him to wait until the dead period if he's coming here (kind of like what TJ did). My guess (which isn't worth much) is Ronnie Clark or Cam Sims (but I'd expect Sims to wait for the same reason as CR). But since he said "big" it could be Mosley or Elam.

And they gave him the rating of 101 which is the franchise tag. 247 has only given that ranking out 5 times now and they are Clowney, C Kouandijo, Nkemdiche, Robinson and Fournette. UA could go lose a franchise tag LT and then sign another one. Also, fun note... UA was/is in the top 2 or 3 for all of those recruits. Good time in UA recruiting

Thanks for the link. I hope we get big Cam too. Looking at 247's top 10 we have really good shots at 6 of the top 10.
