So can someone explain to me how that half ended with Notre Dame USC? I understand ND took a TO with 2 seconds because they had guys offside (celebrating the sack). But it appeared to me USC could not have gotten their players back onside, set, and snapped before the clock ran out.

Am I wrong about that?
