Pellet Grill

A couple of years ago, I bought a smoker. I like it, but it seems to be hit or miss for me. The biggest issue I have with it is temperature control.

I am looking at buying a pellet grill, but I have no experience with them. So I wanted some advice from those of you who use them.

I dont need the biggest or most expensive, but I do want to invest in one that will last for a few years.

I have a Traeger pellet grill and love it. Had some early struggles with the temp, but they sent me replacement parts that solved the problem. Temp stays where it needs to be.

I got a nice meat thermometer for Christmas, which came in handy when fixing our beef tenderloin for Christmas dinner.
