Someone earlier asked whether LSU could match their season average of 30 vs. Alabama. For context, let me offer that:
LSU has scored 30 on Alabama 4 times. Ever.
The last time LSU dropped 30 on an Alabama team that was ranked higher than #17 was...never.
The last time LSU scored 30 on an Alabama team that was ranked higher than them was...never.
Thanks for that research! I think that 30 point number is the magic number for us. We go over 30 I don't think there is anyway they can keep up.

Alabama - 31
LSWho - 3

This is the best Alabama team EVER. We are witnessing something epic. There has never been in the history of college football, a team this dominate. There is not a team in college football that can beat us. LSWho is the only team that could make it close, hint my score. Lets all enjoy this ride. We will never see another Alabama team this dominate.

We are going to shock the country and flex at Tiger stadium in the first quarter and it'll be over before the second quarter even begins. I predict Tua throws 4 TD passes in the 1st quarter and we are up 28-0 headed into the second quarter. The score will be 45-7 at halftime. You'll see a ton of Tweets from people saying how its unfair that Alabama is on its way to yet another Championship. We'll see a ton of hate probably, LOL!

Final score
Bama 65
LSWHO 17

Coach O staggers off the field after the game like a drunken fool mumbling something about big mean Crimson Elephants.
I'll have what he's drinking!!! Seriously, I'd love to see us put up that kind of numbers on them after 1 quarter. Has Tiger stadium ever been half empty at halftime???

I think we are 3 tds better than them, but I'd love your outcome!!!

I am confused on how they think we are only 14 1/2 point favor. Don't tell the wife but I just put the house up on Bama to cover Big.

Over the last several years, it seems to me that we peak in the LSU game, and then underperform against State and the barn. I have not seen anything to make me think that this year is any different. They will hold us under 50, but it still will not be close.

LSU will play us a physical game, but our team has more Horsepower. We go up early, THEN...
IMO: LSU will began taking chances and trying to rough up our players... LSU emotions lead to getting penalties,
then tempers will flare.
Teams that get too emotional get beat.

Meanwhile Tua and Jalen will play a smart game,
and then we eat the clock.
BTW: LSU still hates Coach Saban, because we have him and they don't.

The problem with night games at LSU is many fans will start drinking early in the day.
They will be drunk before kick-off.
It will be a racus atmosphere.
That's been the case for years.

The line here in Las Vegas is -14.5 Alabama. As I have a vested interest (made a small bet on Bama) my prediction will include the spread -- Alabama 43 - 21 LSU. I will be travelling back to Orangeland Saturday night after the game. Roll Tide!!

Especially agree with the bolded statement. To the players and coaches, LSU has been Alabama's true rival since Saban has been here because it was the only SEC program that could consistently match up physically with them after 09 UF. After that 13 win vs LSU, when AJ jumped into CNS's arms, they thought the season was over, lost focus and played maybe the 2nd worst game (behind only the 08 Tulane game) since 08 vs MSU. They were awful. They recovered somewhat vs AU but not enough. IMO, that was a major reason for the 2013 AU loss - the LSU win.

But things have changed since 15 or 16, LSU is not the same program. They have very good talent but can't begin to match up with Alabama now. In 2007 Bama almost beat LSU with a team that had maybe 2 players who could start for LSU, essentially 3 walk-ons starting on D. This year LSU has maybe 3 or 4 players who could start for Alabama: Williams, White, Delpit likely, possibly a couple of others would be in the rotation like Lawrence and Fulton - that's it. In most cases the gap is not marginal. At the game changing positions: QB, WRs, RBs or pass rushers, LSU has no one that scares you. Both LOS are only solid-good. Bama's DL is very good with one who is great, Bama's OL is great. It is hard to see how LSU can stay in this game. OTOH, Bama did in 07 with a greater discrepancy. But LSU is not Alabama, and yes it makes a difference. That was one of Alabama's greatest performances ever.

Bama 42-13. I've heard one scout say on a radio show this week that LSU has only one player that would start for Bama, and that was Delpin.

That was Chris Landry -- listened to it last night..... (he's a weird dude -- met him a few times -- he's from Louisiana, too)

For the life of me I can't see how this is a close game. LSU has advantages of being in BR, but Bama owns LSU in BR. They have a better secondary, but their secondary hasn't face receivers anywhere close to the talent of Bama's receivers. They have better linebackers, but White is out for the first half. (I really wish he was playing.) LSU has better kickers, but I don't expect Bama to need to kick very much.

If the game turns to trench warfare, Bama should easily dominate on both sides of the ball. That will just lower the score for both sides and we know eventually Tua will get his. This is not 2011.

The only way LSU stays in the game is if they get a LOT of turnovers or Tua gets hurt and Jalen is not available. FWIW, I think Bama would dominate with Jalen at QB. I love this team.

I think the game will be over before White gets to the sidelines.

RTR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
