We usually don't have a shutout against teams you are suppose to shut out. I am sure our 2nd or 3rd team defense will allow them to get down to the red zone. And instead of going on 4th, Ga State will want the points.

Interesting fact:
Georgia State is the lowest ranked 1A team in the country, per Jeff Sagarin.
Another interesting note is that Sagarin includes 1AA schools in his ranking as well.
So, Georgia State's overall ranking?
#208 (there are only 120 1A schools)
That means there are 89 1AA schools considered better than them.
I'll be honest, even with us actively TRYING not to run up the score, it will be hard not to. We may be taking knees for the entire 4th quarter.

It is going to be probably the easiest win of the season. I also expect the second string to see the field at the beginning of the second half.

59-3. Alabama plays a complete game this time. Chad Lindsey and Eddie Jackson keep stepping their game up.
I hate these games - it's humiliating for the lesser team and does nothing for us other than risk injury.
The lesser team gets enough money to cover their expenses for the whole season.
You guys beat them 63-7 in 2010. Their 7 points came on a 97 yard KO return. Your backup QB came into the game late in the 2nd Qtr (McCarron), but he only attempted 9 passes. You essentially tried not to score and still scored 21 points in the 2nd half.
