Pick the score: Texas A&M vs. Alabama

I think its going to be a double digit margin of victory--whoever wins.

I've still got concerns about our O-line. Long term I think we're fine but do the issues that surfaced in the V T game really go away and get corrected in just two wks?? I have my doubts.
Combine that with the fact that AM's lowly, unheralded D held our best O-line in history last season to 24 pts on our home field also bothers me.

IF our O-line plays good and can dominate the los, then I'm predicting we win somewhere in the range of 35-17 while Johnny F looks helplessly on from the sidelines most of the game.

OTOH, if we see much the same O-line that was in ATL on 8/31 then I could see this being a repeat of the South Carolina game in 2010--or possibly even uglier. Bad o-line play will mean lots of 3 and outs and even our D will wear down in a track meet with the Aggie receivers and JM.

I'm all over the place on this game. Before the season I had no doubt that we'd get our revenge on A&M but, then the VT game happened and I saw one of the worst OL performances I've seen in a long time. Can it get fixed in 2 weeks, I don't know and I'm nervous. My heart says 35 - 20 Bama, my head says it will be a lot closer.

I know this, no matter what, I still think we end up in Atlanta. We lost late to A&M last year and still made it. I think A&M loses at least 2 SEC games again this year, I just hope one of them is this Saturday.

will be the worst defense we face from a 1A team all season but likely the best offense. so will be a lot of points scored...far more than last year. i'd be shocked if we don't hit 38

Alabama 42
TAMU 28

It's tied at halftime 17-all/21-all type score. Alabama come out of the second half and score a touchdown, they draw one big mistake from the TAMU offense to lead to a two score lead. Alabama just kinda holds them off despite pulling it in close in the 4th. They score a game clinching TD that makes it a wider score than the play.

42-20. A&M still doesn't have an SEC defense. This year will spell that out. They also have a Ton of "clutter" that usually really hurts in these types of games. Despite our OL struggles this A&M squad is ripe for a thrashing. I know what they will try to do but they will open up a bunch of other BIG weaknesses on defense that the Bama offense should be able to exploit bigtime. They'll have to execute but if they do I think it will be a rout. I also think Foosball is going to implode. Just a gut feeling. We'll see.

Gosh this one is so hard to call.

I'm nervous.

Games like this are what it's all about. It's so up in the air!

Alabama has been great in games like this, the ones you circle a year out and say, "That's the one, the big one."

I just have to believe we are gonna show up and play Alabama Football.

So we didn't look great against VT...so what? I'm not gonna panic and lose hope for this team. Face it, most everyone has been looking at this game. They beat us last year. It's only natural.

aTm has the Crimson Tide's full attention. I'm going with -

Bama 38 Ta&m 17

I want to adjust mine...14 seems a little too wide for how I feel the game plays out.

Alabama 41-30 is close to what I'm trying to say.
