According to a TI poster, Greg Cage is a walk-on from Indianapolis.

I suspect he's the brother of Vandy's Dan Cage, at least they look alike, both are from Indianapolis, and Dan Cage's bio says he has a brother named Greg.

I like the new uniforms and those shoes too. I like that team picture with just Coach Gottfried. Chuck Davis is showing Coach some love with that right hand on the shoulder. They should be something to watch this year with Richard Hendrix blending in nicely. Roll Tide!

Okay... seeing Pettway as an assistant makes sense now...

It was either the Southern Miss or MTSU game where I saw Pettway sitting with the recruits. We had basketball recruits there, so now I know why he was in that section.

I agree. This should be a good year. I think they will compete with LSU in the west, and hopefully pull it out.

I wonder when they will showcase the new uniforms *officially* as I have yet to see the away uniforms.

Uniforms

The new uniforms look good. Hendrix should play very well at Alabama to. I got to see him play twice his Senior Year. The first time he had a great game but we almost pulled off the win. The second time was in the playoffs. They destroyed us. He played really well as a team player and you could tell he had matured some even between the first time i saw him and the second.
