Not to sound stuck up or anything by asking for prayers for myself, I just am really scared now although not as much as before. I woke up New Years eve and couldn't hardly walk, went to the doc and they found a huge clot in my leg and I went straight to the hospital. Many prayers later I have been back at work for 3 weeks now and seem to be doing better. Now the Doc wants me tested for Diabetes. I am at a new job, single, and many miles from my family. Tidefans are always there. Thank You.

Thank you for your prayers. I found out todaythat I am diabetic. Meds, diet, and exercise is what I am told. I prayed all day not to be diabetic but I am.

Wonderful story, my doctor is from India. What he told me was, "God made you diabetic and you are will be that way the rest of your life." "Live with what God gave you." He meant it in a way that meant, "this is what you have been given and that there is a reason for it." I have a new outlook and the Lord will never give us more than we can handle. My wife is also one and she does fine and you will too. Prayer is speaking to God and he wants us to pray to him, and he wants you to ask others to pray for you when you have a need.

Take your diet and diabetes seriously. My grandma lost both of her legs due to this terrible disease. May God Bless You!!!

I hope you are doing better by now. My grandmother died 32 years ago because of a similar problem.
