I was referring to how the left (democrats and MSM) never hesitate to call Trump and other GOPers racists yet they repeatedly do things and say things that shows them to be the real racists. Case in point: voting for the 13th Amendment, reportedly 100% of Republicans voted for it while only 23% of democrats voted for it. Voting for the 15th Amendment were 100% GOP and 0% Democrats. The 14th Amendment had 94% GOP support with 0% democrat support.
After the Civil war, southern democrats created the KKK and began a reign of terror against blacks and those who supported their freedoms.
Based on this, which party truly reflects racist attitudes the most? I'm sure the rebuttal this will get will be something like, "But that was back when..." But I'll just say, as Joe Biden stated, " Well I tell you what, if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.” If that isn't a racist statement then I don't know what is...
You may not realize that the parties, D's and R's, have swapped positions since the Civil War. IOW, what used to be an R is now a D.

Yeah, I've heard that before. Regarding racism, I didn't believe it the first time I heard it, and I don't believe it now. I mean, the MSM would have had a field day talking about Trump for weeks on end had he said the statement above that Biden literally did say. Bottom line, dems are far more racist than the GOP.

If you still dont believe that then I suggest you do some research. Its NOT an opinion, its a fact.

Ok, let me be more specific. Regarding racism, I don't believe it. Other issues, sure. If I'm wrong on the issue of race, show me...

Dr. Carol Swain gave a speech that pretty much slammed the door on the whole "switched parties" myth. I don't know where to find it, but maybe Google can help you do so. I'd do the work myself, but I'm juggling chainsaws today and really don't have time.

Is this what you're talking about? She says the South has moved on. Well, alrighty then. Coulda fooled me.

ETA: What we are talking about is political positions. Not how an area voted.

No, this is way too short, but an interesting read nonetheless. I could only skim it, but I saved a copy for further reading.

And yes, I'm familiar with what the switcharoo supposedly is all about, but the evidence simply isn't there. Yes, Dems changed, but not in the way everyone wants to think. When Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act in 1964, he did so with the following pronouncement: "This will have those [N-Words] voting Democrat for the next 200 years." Well, the Dems didn't get 200 years out of it, but they did get an impressive bit of mileage.

It's starting to unravel now thanks to the internet and a shocking renewal of interest in historical truth by young people. I'll be the first to admit that I was very wrong about these kids; some of them have impressed the living hell out of me by rejecting establishment history thanks (ironically enough) to their dwindling trust in both their public education and the establishment media, which has been propping up these myths for decades now. As shocking as it is to hear a mean old curmudgeon like me say it, I'm going to say it anyway: there may actually be hope for this country yet.
