I am being overly optimistic but my feel is that the intangibles are what tips the scale for the Ogres this weekend. The guy is at his dream job, owns two embarrassing losses this season and just came off a road win at the swamp. There is a psychological edge he can exploit with his team on this one and catch the barneys sleeping at the wheel thinking they are better than they really are. The aubs have recruited well but I don't think they out-talent LSU. If O can circle the wagons on this one I think he has a chance at a win and at saving his job for another year in one shot.
. It was only 7 - and against a crippled program. They should be ashamed it wasn't more. They should be and are rotting for what they tried to do to Alabama: destroy not only her present at that time, but her past and future as well. They failed in every tense. Til 10 years ago it had been clear cut Bama 1, UT 2, then everyone else. Now they are in the process of being relegated to the 4th best program historically in the SEC behind LSU and soon to be 3rd UGA. For various reasons, she has little hope for anything more than a blip every now and then. She can't even win a pathetic East division title, an East which is getting better, especially at the top.
