Interesting choices, if that's what they are, for Pease. Come to Bama, a well oiled machine, and put your stamp on an offense under Saban, who has a history of assistants becoming head coaches. Or go to Florida, which is in shambles with pretty much no way to go but up, have success with your offense there, and get the chance at a head gig somewhere. What is the better option?

Only difference I see is he might have more leeway in how the offense works at lizardville; I think we all know what CNS will allow and what he won't. WM might give him more options.

I think you are right, we may know one day but I really think CJM run mostly what he wanted, with the talent he had. But we are as perceived

Either way, he is sitting pretty. If he really is being offered OC positions at Bama and Florida, that's an enviable spot to be in. I think he would be awesome at Bama, but he will likely do well at either school.

Depends on his work ethic and how far he wants to advance in his career. Working for Saban will mean more nights in the office and on the road but also probably more future HC opportunities. OTOH, if being close to the sunny beaches of the Florida coast, working for an easier boss, and enjoying just being a coordinator are your thing then he might be better off going to Gainesville. Also, if he comes here his O will have to fit inside of Saban's perameters(sp?), whereas in gator land he'll probably have free reign to open it up all he wants.

I'm not sure how much "easier" of a boss Muschamp is than Saban. Have you seen that guy on the sidelines?
