Question about "mash here" threads

How do you post a link to a story with a simple "mash here" type hyper link as opposed to the normal cut and paste address hyper link that can be 5 lines long?

When you're posting a message, look just below the smiley face icon directly above the posting window. Push that button (round and blue) and you can drop your link in that then press OK.

Type your text, mash here, then highlight it and press the icon with the earth and chain. Enter the address and press OK.
