Did UT have their starters in the game on the last series when they scored the last touchdown with no time remaining? I only bring this up because of the criticism CMS took for having Prothro in the game with 9 minutes remaining.
I mean UT was down by 20 points with less than two minutes remaining. The game was decided. It is unlikely that UT would score three touchdowns in less than two minutes when there only other scoring drive was one play for one yard.
I guess the difference was Fulmer was still trying to win the game. I am not saying Fulmer was wrong to leave the starters in, but why is is only CMS takes heat for this type of thing? Because our players get hurt sometimes? I noticed Clausen limping some too.
