I hardly ever post on here , but people need to get a grip!! I am sick and tired of all this mamby pamby what ifs and "our secondary is this or that" crap! We are Alabama Football and the last time I checked we wear big boy pants and play big boy football! Quit friggin whining!! Bama is going to work on Saturday with the same intensity and determination that the boys always do. Arkansas didn't suddenly get a defense. they have the same sorry DC ! we are better on offense than last year and we hung 35 last year. Mallet didn't suddenly become mobile either. He will not have time to stand in the pocket looking like Lurch off the Addams family and throw. make no mistake about it Bama is going to come after him relentlessly. also there OL is not the Great Wall! Our secondary will prove to you naysayers and pansy worriers Saturday that there is a reason Milliner and Dre were #1 CB's the last 2 yrs respectively. and Mark Barron led the SEC in INT'S last year. did you guys forget that? Stepping down off the soap box now. RTR!!

I'm with you. There may be some problem spots that need worked out, but that is what the coaches are for, and we have the best in the business. Some people on here think we have given up 50 points already. Now I know we haven't had any real threat games, but still.
 
+1 on that! Also, I truly hope the Hog fans continue their chest thumping, over confidant smack talk. It will only make it that much more enjoyable Saturday!
 
Analyzing our strengths and weaknesses versus an opponent's and worrying a bit about potential trouble spots is not the same as whining. If I simply had blind faith that we're going to win any game without any difficulties, football would be very boring. It doesn't mean I don't have faith in our coaches and players to do what they need to do or that I'm a "pansy". I prefer to think it means I am being objective. Granted, I am not drawing the conclusion on that analysis that the Hogs are going to beat us. Frankly, I think the game is to our advantage.

But that's what we do best on this board. Critique and analyze that is. That's what makes this a good board. Now whining I agree with. But discussing the fine points and the problems spots is what a good, knowledgable fanbase does. After all, we are part of the process (Saban said so :D)

And here I am, thinking this whole time that this board was for football discussion. Sorry to have upset you and we all promise to do better.

So to start:

Alabama is the best team EVAR! We will never lose a game! arkansas sucks and so does everyone else! I never worry about anything!

A wise man once said that if you know you can do something there is no need to worry about it and if you know you can't do something there is no need in worrying about that either.
