Joe, I guess you've just come in from the pasture in Lee County and had trouble climbing over all the dung in the field.

Coach Saban will not allow ANY team to beat him twice. Remember the last time the Tide lost the last two games of the season? After that we got back to back NCs in 2011 and 2012. Not saying that this will be the case (although I really hope so) but don't expect Malzahn's gimmicky football beat Coach Saban a second time.

Currently it feels like Auburn is on top of the world. History tells us that Bama will eventually bounce back. However, unless somebody figures out Gus Malzahn and the HUNH, or Malzahn leaves to go to NFL or elsewhere.... it's gonna be extremely tough for anyone to beat Auburn. Auburn has the knack for winning close games. They have the swagger and "we will not be denied" attitude that great football teams possess. Everyone can say they got "lucky" to beat Georgia and Alabama, but at the end of the day...it is what it is... Bama has great players and Nick Saban is a great coach, but could Malzahn's offense be the equivalent of Bryant unveiling the wishbone and going on to dominate the SEC for 10 years? Hate to sound like a pessimist.... I just need to blow off some steam
Who are you trying to convince? Us or yourself? The next coach to consistently beat CNS will be the first.

I see pirate has not been back on this thread to defend himself about being accused of being a barner. Auburn on the top of the world wow.I wonder if he will feel that way tommorrow if FSU curb stomps the barn like I hope they will.It amazes me how their fan base really thinks that Malzone is going to run Saban off.

They thought Cheezwiz was going to run CNS off in 2010 but in just two short years they fired the Wiz.

that hurry up offense has been around for quite some time...and oregon still hasn't won a championship with it. and that luck..well..it doesn't last forever...look at les miles and LSU. I don't believe anything out lasts good players, good coaches..good game plans and someone like Saban who has, more than any other coach this decade, been sucessful at keeping the players hungry for winning.

Given that FSU has had a month to prepare for this "unstoppable" offense, I am not expecting Auburn to light up the scoreboard like in the SECCG. I expect FSU to do what has been proven to stop an option offense, and Auburn will start their long descent from the top of the world. I expect something similar from Bama in the next Iron Bowl. I expect the coaching staff will spend a great deal of time studying the HUNH and will know how to stuff it sooner rather than later. Just watching tape from the last Iron Bowl will show them plenty about what works and what doesn't, and they can build on that.

Future looks bright. Look at what happened the last time we lost in the sugar bowl.

If CNS and Kirby can't find a soulution to the HUNH, our future will hot be very bright because everybody is going to start linning up with two or three plays and going to run it down our throats while we are trying to shuffle players in and out.
