Ingredients needed:

Fresh Salmon fillet
Italian dressing, 1 cup

That's it! Just put the salmon in a 9x12 glass dish coated w/cooking spray or olive oil, pour dressing over it, microwave 7-10 minutes on high setting. Put on plate and ready to serve. Quick, easy, and DELICIOUS! I actually prefer grilling my fish but for those times when you don't want to mess with firing up the grill this is a great recipe.

We have done the Italian dressing with Pork Chops (boneless).. It sure does make the pork Chops tasty. No telling what it would do to salmon.... Yummy!

Been there, done that. Fast and tasty. Every meal doesn't have to be a 4 hour ordeal for the poor cook.
Baked potato and some salad from a bag makes me happy.

There are thousands of recipies we can give thanks to Italian Dressing for.

I think it was Wishbone Italian Dressing and Campbells Condensed Mushroom Soup that revolutionized American cooking.
