Shrimp Quiche
1 Pie Crust
1 lb Shrimp sauteed in butter with salt & pepper
3 cups shredded Cheese of your choice
5 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup bacon bits
Layer pie crust with bacon bits, 1 1/2 cup cheese, shrimp, bacon bits and the rest of the cheese. In a bowl beat eggs, milk, heavy cream ... pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
