Obviously, Coach Saban is a terrific recruiter. But he can't do it himself. He has assembled a staff that not only knows how to play the game, but a group that are also machines when it comes to recruiting.

LT was the best recruiter on staff when he was here under franny and I knew he would well but when the staff was initially put together , I had figured that he and Steele would become a powerful pair of lead dogs for us . Thus far , it hasn't even been close as CLT has pretty much lapped the rest of our staff and half of the conference all by himself :cool2:

I don't think Lance was retained when Fran came in. He left after Dubose was fired.
