Not a Hall of Fame Move! Forearm hard to Steve Nash at end of game.

Suspension possible.

Video highlights of the game and the incident on this page.

It wasn't that bad. The Pistons of old used to dish that out every night!

raja bell should clothesline him like he did kobe a couple years back.

I agree Bell should have closed-lined him, HARD

I am pulling 100% for the Suns - Not too keen on how SA been playing the game -

I hate the Suns and hope they go down!

It was more of a "hip check" foul if anything. However, it was against the "golden boy" Nash.

Give me a break...it was a hard playoff foul. He deserved the flagrant (but not a flagrant 2) because he could have just grabbed Nash, but Nash isn't a bad actor and knows how to play up these hard fouls (he's been doing it for years). Notice how long he lays on the ground after the fouls. I'm not sure that Bowen's "knee" really was all that bad, either. Definitely not as bad as Nash played it up. I'm personally getting a little tired of "The Great White Hope" and the rest of Phoenix's overreaction to hard playoff fouls. Ironically, it may (and should unless the NBA wants to lose all credibility for its own rules) cost them 2 starters in Game 5...

Exactly, they are really going to "cry" when they have to play against Cleveland or Detroit.

Steve Nash deserves all the hype he gets. a GREAT player. Horry's foul was ignorant, flagrant and uncalled for. He was just frustrated cause the Suns were kicking the Spurs in the fanny.

I hope no one gets suspended.

nash is a great player

Nash is a great player, but he is the Tiger Woods of the NBA. A bit annoying. Magic and Thomas were better PG's though.

Nash is "soft" in my book.

Exactly.. When you see the view from behind Nash you can tell it was a hip check. You see hard fouls like that in almost every game, for instance look to the GS/Utah game a few days ago.

The only reason people are complaining is A) because it was Nash and B) two Suns players are getting suspended because they broke a rule that is strictly enforced and people do not see that as fair.

What's not fair is Horry getting two games for a typical hard foul, IMO he should have no more than 1 game.

Also, give me break about the excuse that Stoudemire came up with: I was just going to check in... That's a good one.

The thing that I'll bet Stern looked at was:

1. Did Stoudemire report to the table?

2. If he did, then was there a buzzer that signaled a substitute?

He had to be restrained. That is unlike any substitution that I've seen!

Haha.. I know.

He just wanted to get in the game so bad.

I think it is funny that the Suns are complaining about the Rough, Physical Spurs! Doesn't anyone else remember when everyone in the NBA talked about how soft the Spurs were, and that if you were physical with them they would quit? Have they changed that much, or is there a different perception of physical play nowdays?

I'm also confused about watching Jason Richardson clothesline Mehmet Okur on a drive or Baron Davis drop Derek Fisher with an elbow shiver to the chin, why everyone is aghast at the physicallity of Horry's "hip check." Did Nash actually think he could squeeze through that foot of court between Horry and the line without there being contact? No of course not, he knew he was going to be hit, but was surprised at the force. Of course if he hadn't sped up he would have been more in control and balanced and wouldn't have went flying. I can understand suspending Horry for a game, but let's not think he has morphed into Rick Mahorn.
