Uh, oh.....After CNS' comments, it sounds like PH is in major trouble - not participating in workouts or upcoming Spring practice! I really, really hate that, but whatever is best for this team & program.......

CNS says numerous times that he will not elaborate on the arrest issues, discipline, etc.....then lays $$ on the podium & says he bets that amount that one of the reporters will ask anyway - what do you know, the first question is "What kind of conversation have you had with Rashaad?" :rolleye2:

Kirby Smart to DC & Kevin Steele to Associate HC....now I didn't see that coming, but it sounds like the roles will only be adjusted to a certain degree & CNS WILL NOT be relinquishing his role in the secondary.

Elder dismissed & withdrawn from school.

In a semi-confrontation w/ a reporter CNS is saying that Rashaad has not done anything to deserve to be dismissed from the team. He is giving a ringing endorsement for Rashaad, his character & his values, but that he put himself in a bad position.

Prince Hall is not participating in ANYTHING now due to being suspended, will not this spring & they will evaluate at a later date. CNS also said he was NOT ARRESTED, so one can only imagine what he has done to get this punishment. DOES NOT sound good for PH's future @ BAMA...

He basically said that he deserves to be a head coach somewhere & that he is probably the best coach he has ever been around.....unfortunately, it sounds like it is only a matter of time....

The most notable thing I've heard regarding the recent incidents is the # of barn stickers , tails , tags & propaganda supposedly pasted all over a substantial portion of the personal vehicles in the PD parking lot .

A Finebaum caller , as well as others , have said as much . Can anyone back this up ?

That was one of the biggest questions I had also.......
Not to completely deflect blame away from the players, but it could certainly have something to do w/ the Simeon situation, Rashaad, etc. Not the Elder case or some other more serious situations....

I like what I heard from CNS. I like that he's out in the public eye, stating that he will deal with these things.

This is a huge, HUGE improvement over what we would have seen from the former head coach. This man is no deer in the headlights.

Suspended for violating team rules. Will not participate in spring drills. No further explanation was given, though I'm sure that the mods have limbered up their fingers in anticipation of the various rumor posts this will generate.
