Scholarship Numbers

I realize that we will be able to offer the full 25 for next year. But I can't remember if we are allowed to have 85 players instead of 80 on scholarship. Does anyone remember?

We'll be back to 85. And if the "powers that be" at our beloved school have any backbone at all, they'll be petitioning the NCAA to allow 25 & 85 THIS YEAR. After all, it's the least the NCAA could do after it has now come to light that not only is there still no evidence on the major infractions they nailed us on, but there is major evidence that they were involved in trying to manufacture evidence. If anyone thinks that the NCAA didn't have an axe to grind, let me remind you of faculty rep Tom Jones (i think that is the correct name). Mr. Jones had his name and reputation libeled/slandered by the NCAA in the Stallings probation, sued them for 1$ million, AND WON. That's right, they had to pay up AND shut up. We messed with their money, and this is a major reason why they nailed us again. Just my very educated opinion.

Yes,I agree,but if you read the ncazis response they are going to deny as long possible....until it is too late to do anything about what has been lost.Yes they will send a hollow apology letter(meaningless)...I really hope Gallion gets some money from the individuals involved and makes someone pay for this crime.
