That makes no sense. I don't see us dropping if LSU loses. I see us either staying where we are or moving up.

How does this make no sense? We will both have one loss and nearly identical resumes. One difference: they beat us on our home field. How does this not put them ahead of us?

Well we were always going to need to pull for Oklahoma anyway. Trouble is, the game is at Ok State, and they'll be pumped beyond belief.

I know that we prob need LSU to win so it's pretty much a given we get to play them for the natl title but what if they get destroyed? You don't think they would fall to 3rd? Or even second and we would move to first? I'm not so sure we would be out of it if they get beat bad. Bama could move to no. 1 and lsu or ok st (if they win) would possibly move to 2.....

Wow, UGA is bringing it so far. They are making me start to believe upset.

It is like the Ark game...I won't think that GA will win until they have removed the head from the snake, or Tiger in this case.

Computers? Yes, polls? No way.

Let's consider the reality of the situation. Oklahoma St. is 5th in both polls human BCS polls. Alabama is second. I am to believe that with a LSU loss, Oklahoma St. goes to first and Alabama drops a spot?

Here's what would actually happen. Alabama will move up to #1 in both polls, the key there is by what margin and if LSU or OSU is #2. Alabama would be 3 in the computers, but #1 in both polls and almost certainly insured a spot in the championship game. If you think LSU is going to lose and not drop a single spot you're being unrealistic and if you think the #2 team is going to drop to #3 without losing and the #5 team is going to jump to #1 with a one game winning streak, you're being a bit unrealistic. To me, if LSU loses it just comes down to OSU and LSU as to who goes to the game.

I do agree if Georgia whips on them.. LSU still can go which I think not go but someone will argue well Alabama lost to LSU. Well this is the SEC Championship. If Georgia wins they should go to the SugarBowl. BAMA & Okl. st if they win...

arky didn't play in the Georgia dome. arky hasn't ripped up 10 wins in a row. arky don't play defense.

What was I thinking? I forget how well UGA plays in the clutch. Boise, USCe, and 6 teams last year. My bad
