Second Week of Alabama's Fall Practice Slate Begins Monday

The Crimson Tide returns to the diamond this afternoon after breaking for the weekend


TUSCALOOSA, AL – Alabama baseball will return to the practice fields on Monday afternoon to begin week two of fall practice at Sewell-Thomas Stadium.

The new week will begin with practice at 2 p.m. CT on Monday. The Tide will then scrimmage on Tuesday, first pitch is scheduled for 3 p.m. Wednesday's slate will feature a practice with back-to-back intrasquads on Thursday and Friday to close out the week. Thursday's scrimmage is set for 3:30 p.m. with Friday's matchup slated for 3 p.m.

All scrimmages are subject to change. The length will be determined on a game-to-game basis. Spaced out between scrimmages are the team's regularly scheduled practice sessions. Dates and times of all practices and scrimmages for the upcoming week can be found on each Monday.

Admission to Alabama baseball's on-field activity is free to the public. Gates will open each day at approximately 2 p.m. Fans are asked to enter Sewell-Thomas Stadium through the main gate (Gate 3) located directly behind home plate. Once inside, fans are to stay in the lower bowl seating area with access to the upper levels of the stadium strictly prohibited.

Tuesday: Scrimmage – 3 p.m. first pitch
Wednesday: Practice – 2 p.m.
Thursday: Scrimmage – 3:30 p.m. first pitch
Friday: Scrimmage – 3 p.m. first pitch
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF
