Seriously, I don't see the NCAA having many teeth to go after Pruitt, I think if CNS and Bama really wanted him there are backline calls that can be made. I for one would love to have him back. His defenses were out to kill , we all are aware that the only thing Goulding wanted to kill was a filet mignon before he ate it.
the thing with Pruitt, we know he won’t leave as the next hot head coaching candidate in a year or two. The thing with a show cause was the original intent was to follow the coaches that left probation crippled schools and moved to greener pastures . The schools were punished but the coaches were not. Now the schools aren’t being punished either so what’s the point? Plus what most were doing 3-4 years ago is nothing compared to the legal cheating happening now.
I don’t know about Pruitt‘s show cause , maybe UTe will protest to the league office or something. I’m curious how this plays out.
Anyway, I may prefer Schumann over Pruitt because he is a young guy that’s been in Nick’s system for 13 years, someone that could possibly be groomed to takeover when Nick retires in 8-9 years. Calling defensive plays for Kirby is a huge plus.

I know CNS wants to go out on a high note. We’ve all heard the stories from the talking heads about how Kirby is starting a new dynasty. It’s time for another run at the top and CNS will do everything he can to make that happen.

That's funny because Kirby wasn't on Saban's staff for his '03 championship at LSU (Kirby joined Saban's LSU staff the following year) and Saban has also won two national titles at Bama without Kirby on his staff ('17 & '20).
Not to mention Kirby’s mighty defense gave up 40 in the 2016 national championship game. They won that game with offense.

There are times when there is a subtlety to his asinine baiting, and then there are times when it is overt buffoonery.

This is the latter and in fact may be the worst I have ever heard out of him.

Stick around. They’ll surpass Michigan before you know it.
Oof. That one might be tough to surpass for me given my own fandom.

I actually still think Clemson fans are the worst I've ever encountered though, based both on things they've said on forums/social media and my experience with them during the 2013 Orange Bowl.

Georgia fans' commitment to refusing to give Ohio State any credit/respect for our Peach Bowl performance combined with stuff like this has definitely put them near the top of the list though. I just can't imagine coming on this board and seeing no one giving Ohio State credit/respect after a 1-point game between Ohio State and Bama.
