Spurrier finally got a taste of his own medicine with late score by Florida

I'm actually a fan of Steve Spurrier, but tonight Florida gave him a taste of his own medicine by scoring a touchdown with 1:37 left in the game putting Florida ahead 51-31. I personally have no problem with them doing and Spurrier really shouldn't. After all, Spurrier made the comment after one of their annual blowouts "It's not our job to keep us from scoring, it's the other teams defense."

I'm sure Spurrier would have done the same thing but it is funny for that to happen to the person who was notorious for it. I can remember FL being ahead comfortably late in the game against Bama and Shane Matthews sailing it down the field like it was the opening drive.

I don't have a problem with it, no matter which team it is. Spurrier can handle it and will just use it as extra motivation. I really don't understand why people get so worked up about lopsided scores. It's still an L, whether it's by 5 or 50. Some need thicker skin.

Yeah it did! As stupid as Dubose was he gave Spurrier a couple of punches to the groin as well. It'll be nice, once CNS straightens out this mess, to provide the Gaytors with many more punches to the groin. Maybe even pass out a few to South Cackalacky.
