I will say this...if the D plays like they did last week, there will be significant opinions on the board. I’m here win or lose also.
You mean 13 years should be long enough to learn how to spell the man’s name?*Saban
It makes me wonder who I'm talking to, you know? You mean 13 years should be long enough to learn how to spell the man’s name?![]()
Is there any possibility that the defensive message has grown stale? You hear about it all the time at other programs.

Yeah that's it. You figured it out. Saban has lost the team, he can't recruit anymore, he can't identify with young players anymore, that's my favorite, problem is I've heard this BS for 6 years now
Agree...except for a couple of plays the DB's and LB's seemed to know their assignments and were in position. Part of it may be that the DL picked up their game and shut down the run game of UGA. They also put a lot of pressure on SB...played with a lot more freedom and speed...Something happened in the locker room at half time last night but I'm not sure what. After giving up 72 points in 6 quarters, the defense shuts UGA out in the 2nd half. The defense also looked good in the first two games outside of garbage time. It might be that the Ole Miss game was a strange oddity and this defense is going to really get it together from now on, or maybe the 2nd half against UGA was the oddity. Maybe both are true. It's hard to say, but I like the direction the defense is going. We have seen what the defense is capable of and it's promising.
Yep..the Bear was on the phone with Darryl Royal then.I'm almost 70 and it is disheartening...that was Big 12 football, not SEC. I saw this in the late 1960's when we passed all the time...our D grew weak. Not sure what the answer is...

He is not going to play ILB unless he gets quicker. With your new S&C coaches, that is a possibility.does anyone know what is going on with shane lee?
We got our starting Safety back for the second half due to targeting last week...Something happened in the locker room at half time last night but I'm not sure what. You also made adjustments, ensuring that you had Cook covered when he flared out of the backfield. We got our starting Safety back for the second half due to targeting last week...![]()
Nope he didnt. But it is his job to clean clocks when the need arises. Think Venerable puts up with headlock tackling? Our tackling was horrible. To be fair, CPG didn't miss a single tackle in this game...![]()
Rewatched the game...in the 2nd half we were in dime more often than not. With our DL providing pressure we were in much better pass defense position...but we still had wide open players. Getting better...that's what matters. We have the athletes...You also made adjustments, ensuring that you had Cook covered when he flared out of the backfield.
