I don't post very often but I am a long time member and a much longer tide fan and as such I am a charter member of the OFC from back in the day, Tidefans day that is. I have some comments for our barn fans who obviously love to lurk. I would venture over and post on their site but I know how long it would last and I don't want to waste the effort.

First, were back. Don't expect our coach to do something as classless as holding up fingers to remind you how many times we have kicked your butt. We may hold up one to remind you where we are in the polls, but give us that as this is a fairly common practice for number one teams. By the way, where is your coach that held up those fingers now?

Secondly, the Iron bowl. Are you really pumping your chest for that game? Granted you came out in the first round and knocked us down for about a 3 count. Like a champion fighter, the guys simply shook ther head, came back in the later rounds and soundly kicked your butt. We have heard you bragged about knocking Ingram out of the heisman race, how did that work out for you?

Thirdly, try spending a little time and effort supporting and encouraging your team and quit being obsessed with Bama. Do you know how petty and low class that makes you look? Is that really how you want recruits to perceive your fanbase? Be a fan of your team, we have plenty and we neither want or expect your support, we could give a rats patoot what happens to or about your team...we have a team that makes us proud and keeps us happy. Support the barn. Watch us...we can teach you how to support a team, we have been doing it for a long time and will be for years to come. Ask yourself, would you like to trade coaches and teams? Naw, I'm sure you would not, after all we're Bammers, we are the SEC champions, contending once again for the National Championship and celebrating awards and All-Conference and All-Americans. Folks seem to think this may continue for the next several years. Get used to it.

Support your team, they need it, Quit worrying about us, we are doing very well thank you . :PDT_gy:

This is classic right here, nothing else needs to be said!!!!!!!!

Thanks! That's what I have been wanting to say! It broke several Auburn hearts when Mark Ingram won the Heisman Trophy. They are really pulling for Texas to beat us. How will the Aubs feel when we beat Texas and they lose to Northwestern? What a great year! Roll Tide!:BigA:

You need to post more.

If I may:

P/S, Barners,

I'd like to invite you to just scan your board on ITAT, and look at all the many different threads that's all about Bama. I'd say 25% are about us, spewing your hate and vitriole about us. And it's so obvious, to us and to other fan bases, that it's nothing but jealously and fear. Jealously because you wish you had a team and a coach like ours, and fear because of what you know is coming for the next few years. I'll bet Northwestern fans that's browsing your board are thinking...."Dad-gum, they don't want to talk football with us, all they want to talk about is how much they hate Bama".

Y'all need to get a life, and support your own team instead of wasting your time hating us. We don't care that you hate us.

:BigA:I really do not care if they win or lose, they are insiginificant and not in the say league as us! I am not like their fans and care more about what they do than what we do! Auburn fans are more concerned about what we are doing than what they are doing! I think they have even forgot they made it to a bowl game! The way and only way the Aubbies could have made their season was to beat us and since they couldnt they can only hope that someone else can beat us! That is the only way they can feel good about themselves! I love it that this is eating on them so bad!

One of the funniest quotes was "Charles from Reeltown" on Finebaum Friday. He called and said "if Ingram wins the Heisman and Alabama gets lucky and wins the National Championship, I'm moving to Georgia". That was classic.
