We showed up just before 4PM and the line was INSANE!!
my husband got there at 11 for the 12 to 2 signing and left after 6, empty handed :frown: he said the line was insane and they ran out of things for the fans to sign at like 12 and started charging $20 for thim to sign anything you brough.
it wasnt well put together if you ask me
Was anyone lucky enough to get his autograph?
i did! for every item you purchased, he would sign one of your personal items for free.....nice guy too!!! i know the people that host the signings and cody said he will try and do another one with them. this is the first one they've ever had after christmas season. mainly because he would have violated an NCAA rule if he would have done signings during the season and he would have still been in school LOL
I wonder if he got an appearance fee?
What time did you get there and how long did you have to wait? I want to be prepared for his or Ro's next signing.
I don't live in the Huntsville area and was not there for the signing yesterday, but I can tell you depending on who is signing generally the earlier you get there, the better. Most of the time I would suggest arriving for a function like this at least one hour early. It sounds like for the Cody signing yesterday getting there one hour early might not be early enough. If you can make it there two hours early that would be even better and you should be just fine.
Again, I was not at this signing yesterday and to be honest I'm a little surprised that it was this crowded, but you have to consider that Cody is a very, very popular football player in Alabama and Alabama is coming off a national championship.
This is a totally different set of circunstances, but I go to Fan Day every year which is an absolute madhouse. I arrive for Fan Day about three or four hours before it starts and there are many, many people ahead of me in line.
When is fan day? Is it part of the A-Day game or do they sign autographs after the A-day game?
