You probably won't stay with CNS too long if you're not good at your job either. OTOH, if you're not very good at your job, CNS probably would not hire you to begin with, or even acknowledge your existence for that matter.

From my understanding, it was not a question of pain but of arm strength because of the nerve impingement. Consider that Peyton Manning's career was almost ended because of nerve impingement.
