Good- most everyone has hit on it. Ty’s play, online improvement in passing game, d line improvement.
Bad - LB play on edges and losing containment. Ryan Williams fundamentals. I’m noticing he isn’t catching the ball with his hands and watching it in..He’s letting it get into his body. After the drop, he made other catches but did the same thing.
Ugly- Talty’s missed FG. Looked like one my drives in golf. Play calling after the fumble in Georgia red zone. We need to convert those to TD’s not FGs.

Got to figure out the issue. Can’t seal the edge, pick the wrong gaps, and it makes the rushing defense atrocious. Jackson inside the tackle’s inside shoulder was driving me insane.

To be fair the defensive line does it as well. It would be different if there was a disruptor on the interior, but there isn’t.

The Good: Ty Simpson and his control of the offense. He's waited a long time to show what he can do.

The Bad: Ryan Williams' concentration. That's two dropped TD passes in two games. Plus there were
a couple of ole' blocks that could have helped us if he makes them.

The Ugly: The refs had a little too much Georgia lean. They finally called a holding penalty late, and
whoever in the booth made that targeting call should be removed. Also, that was a really
ugly FG attempt. We can fix that.

They also need to nullify our guy's 1st half suspension.

Good: the team stayed focused and gave dang near 100% effort. Ty could be the Heisman front-runner. RB's were not wholly effective but we did commit to the run to keep it balanced and keep possession of the ball longer. That was actually near genius.

Bad: Williams can't be afraid of contact. He needs to add 10 lbs or so to his frame. Also, our run defense. Our defense is too light for the current game.

Ugly: Targeting penalty needs to be removed from the game. If not, then suspensions need to be removed if they are not flagrant.

It's so bad that when I see certain alignments, I'm getting pretty accurate at called what the offense will do against it, and that it will be a big gain. If I can see it, you know all these coaches getting $1M+ a year are seeing it. Not sure why Wommack can't/doesn't.

My son and I noticed that the holder kept placing the ball with the laces facing the kicker. Now that won’t directly cause the kick to be bad but the mental frustration on the kicker can. That should be an easy fix by current holder or just replace him.

Good - Great team win. Ty getting better every game. Great to have Jam and TK back, both made a difference. O line much better. Clutch catches.
Bad - Run defense struggling. The dropped pass. The field goal attempt, mercy.
Ugly - Auburn

Good: Offensive line. We played probably 10 guys on the OL, rotating people in and out, moving Formby inside to play guard when Micahel Carroll came in. Putting Jackson Lloyd in at LT on Proctor's bubble screen. As well as going deep in the TE room (Jay Lindsey and Kaleb Edwards). And they kept Ty clean all night. Excellent job by all. We need that the rest of the season.

Bad: Dropped passes and missed tackles still.

Ugly: I don’t know if it’s player or scheme but we absolutely stink on setting the edge on defense. A runner who presses the hole and bounces outside has an easy path to a big gain against us EVERY single time

Good- Ty and the O-line. Excellent performance
Bad- Refs. Not sure what I was seeing but it wasn't what they were seeing.
Ugly- #1. I'm not sure I understand what he is doing... I'm equally not sure he knows what he is doing. That was an atrocious performance. He needs remedial training on how to defend the edge on run plays. Not sure who was at fault when he let the wr run right by him as it looked like he was expecting a safety over the top. There were a handful of other plays that looked like low effort plays. That was worthy of seeing the bench and staying there.

Goood- this team has come together and played with grit tonight.

Bad- D. Jackson’s run defense. Just about every highlight Georgia had with a run or busted coverage, #1 was involved.

Ugly- the field goal attempt.

I don’t even think they have to do that. Last night the ends were lined up over the guard’s inside shoulder, couldn’t even see the second level, and the DBs were three yards off the line and just inside the tackle’s shoulder. Nobody outside of Lee several times and he ran right at the tackle instead of wide to force back inside.
