The Good- I know a lot yall blame Ty Simpson, but I do not. He played like a warrior today. Poor play calling, poor line play, and dropped passes. I also like Richard Young Today, but for some reason the coaches pulled him for a long period.

The Bad- OL and Defense received preseason praise and are now a laughing stock. Ryan Williams phenom looked awful today (Like 4 dropped passes).

The Ugly- This coaching staff is really bad. Players were unprepared And bad play calling. I am officially off the Kalen Deboer train

The good: it was over long before it was over

The bad: My suspicion about our offensive line, running backs, and Ty was right.

The Ugly: Gus Malzhan just proved that Alabama fans should stop buying into preseason defenses

Good - Ty Simpson, Young, Riley, Germie, and Scott

Bad - Almost nobody else stepped up or played with heart

Ugly - The OL and the Entire Defense. Just porous on the OL that had Ty running for his life all game. Tacking is absolutely horrendous.

The Ridiculous - This Coaching Staff - Way.... WAAAAAAYYYY over their heads. Once we are officially eliminated from the Playoffs just go ahead send them packing. It's Dubose/Shula preparation.

Ty diid his best. I won't be too harsh on him, first start on the road in the tough environment. Lots to improve on!! the oline, unless fixed will define this season. Defense made adjustments but was too late. They looked lost in the beginning of the first half, but looked greatly improved in the end. They were gassed due to inept offense. Jury still out on Grubb.
The running game is below par and possibly worse than last year's output. Bama won't win too many games until we establish an identity on the ground. WRs are going to be very good. Lots of promising guys like Scott and Horton, who was dinged up. When Keenan is back it will make the DL stronger. Getting Roberts back will hopefully solidify the OL. long season.

Good: our first drive for the TD and some of the offense...not all
Bad: Weak on the LOS on both sides, cant stop the run or the pass rush...that's attitude
Ugly: taking a late hit penalty when we were coming back, overall weakness in defense re tackling and point of contact. Losing to a mouthy QB

Attitude is the major concern...that is easy to bring or should be if you are an elite player but FSU was way more motivated than we were...our OL /DL need to get nasty and take things personally...that goes for the coaches too...way to west coast and laid back...we need to find our mean streak or this is going to get ugly quick

The bad: Abandoning the run game after the first drive
The ugly: 3 UGLY losses for KDB to unranked teams. UNACCEPTABLE!

The Good - I think though Ty did well. The running backs also did ok.

The Bad - The receivers had trouble getting separation. The defense looked unprepared. The OL could have done better.

The Ugly - it appears the coaches failed to have this team ready. There's too much talent for this to happen as it did.

This team not only wet the bed, they crapped in it. They just have to take accountability and just do better, still a full season so they still have a chance. But this is a true team loss.

Good: Ty did decent considering all the circumstances. Kicking and punting was better than I thought it would be
Bad : penalties, injuries
Ugly: should we have a different defensive scheme? Coaches did not seem prepared and I am not sure how many losses we will have this year if something isn't fixed.. maybe 5?

FSU also looked better than I thought they would be for their first game.

We got it within 7 and still had a chance there for a drive

The bad
We got absolutely punked across the board. Our guys didn’t want ANY part of that smoke. They out physical’ed us in an embarrassing way

The ugly
Our coaching staff either doesn’t or can’t get teams ready to play. Consistent inconsistency, undisciplined play, unprepared, etc. Starting to think kd rode an elite qbs coat tails all the way to Tuscaloosa.

Bad- The disrespect was not addressed by the defense. We were weak and soft in the trenches...again. Williams suddenly can't catch.
Ugly- Gussy boy chompin' his gum and giving us another whipping!

Good: Ty Simpson played above his pay grade.

Bad: Bama was owned up front almost all day. FSU started to show fatigue in the 2nd half but it was too late.

Ugly: Wommack must have studied at the Golding School of Gentle Tackling. Bama's defensive backfield tackled like they were scared.

It could be a long season...

I don’t normally give up after one loss, but I don’t have much to work with here.

The Good- the game’s over.
The Bad- OL, DL, preparation, play calling, unfortunately virtually every aspect of the game.
The Ugly- this team looked so bad in so many areas there’s no way to fix this team in one season with this staff. I know you can’t win ‘em all, but when you lose the same way over multiple seasons it‘s a coaching problem. DeBoer has already broken several win streaks last season and started off with another this year with better talent. If he stays three years, it‘ll take a long time to dig out of this hole.

We need to do something differently. D was simply awful today. awful!

The good- The first drive, Simpson’s heart in the fourth. He didn’t quit.

The bad - The blueprint for beating our defense hasn't changed at all. I hate Malzahn more than ever. Every team we play with a mobile QB has already penciled a W on the schedule.

The ugly - The beating my liver is gonna take this season.
