BTW- During the Presser today (I watched it on ESPN +) he stated that he needs to learn how to respond better after games and hopes it is a learning experience for him. He felt it was inappropriate and he cited he was extremely upset with the way we finished the game. He stated that he spoke with her and apologized.

That should be good enough for anyone

Finebaum is keeping it going for publicity. The only problem this will not have a long term effect on Saban.....it could for Paaaaul. I'm done with him.

That’s the way to handle morons like Finebaum. Turn em off. Was it a harsh reaction on Saban’s part? Sure, but let anyone ask a question that someone doesn’t want to answer three times and see the reaction they get. Finebaum is pondscum, continually stirring the pot of the lastest hot story. Not to mention, he tends to get the armpits of fan bases on the show. It’s not informative or entertaining.

I watched Finebaum for one season a year or two ago and just could not take the redneck callers, Finebaum's arrogance/being a bully, etc. The only reason I tried to keep watching was for the guest speakers/guest professional callers, and Laura Rutledge. She brings sanity to the show. I decided last year to stop watching completely.

I would like to know, however, if there is a way to get transcripts of just the sports analysts who call in or are on the show; and Laura Rutledge interviews. She is a smart woman who seems to know her stuff.

What I don’t get is why people think Bama fans like Finebaum. Saying most Bama fans like Finebaum is like saying most cowboys fans like bayless

Finebaum doesn't bother me. I watch him and find him entertaining. He is for entertainment only. I don't have to agree with someone to watch them. I'm not sure I want to listen to cheerleaders all of the time. I also like watching him because sometimes I want to move back home and then after listening to some of his callers I decide that might not be such a great idea. :)

If you like listening to folks with the IQ of a pencil eraser, Finebaum is the show for you.
Regarding callers, I agree 1000% — I just flip the station. I do like the guests.

Check at the top and bottom of the hour. If there’s a worthwhile guest, listen. If he’s taking calls, move on.
