The next Shaud?

It'll be hard to fit him in, unless we lose out on some bigger name local guys (Daniel Brooks, Chad Jackson, Jai Miller, etc.) I think Eric Packer will play a lot like Shaud. RTR

We are going to be in for a very pleasant surprise next year when they unveil Ken Darby, I believe. A few of the coaches suggested that he was the best back on the team this year. I haven't seen him in action, but from what I've heard he is very well suited for this offense.

It should be fun to watch next year with he and Shaud splitting time. It might also give us the chance to keep the redshirt on Castille.

There are more important things in life than Alabama football, but I can count them on one hand.

This is not a slam, but I heard the same about Miree. Proof is in the pudding!

Miree would have been a superstar at Bama with the right coaches. Talent only carries you so far.

yes, he did earn MVP of his bowl game ... i believe Pitt played against Oregon St. ...

different athletes hit their prime at different times ... he was good at Bama, but one's environment and competition especially affect one's development ... he just needed some PT, but at Bama u need to show your stuff in practice before you get on the field ... that's the way it is with big time programs ...

Plus, Miree had some conditioning problems at Bama that he has since rectified.
