Just in case anyone needs a refresher or primer on Phat Phyllis' shenanigans and why the official TideFans.com position is that he's scum of the earth:

Thanks. Your link led me to this one:

It would take days to read information about Albert Means, the NCAA and Phat's involvement in the scandal. 10RC was trying to get Albert as well. Also at the same time another player received $10,000 from a "Non Fan", woman in her 80's. NCAA ruled it was okay since she wasn't a fan. It goes on and on. So the youngsters have no idea the feeling us old guys have. Phat had friends in NCAA.

That river runs very deep indeed. And I will never forgive Fulmer, nor the Tennessee fans who cheered him on. A lying, cheating, sniveling snitch he is indeed.

Heck I'm still mad they brought him back and he had to gall to come back.

When Jeremy was approached for interview I said "don't do it"-- but he went and did it. Why wouldn't he listen?
Most of us on here said he would be better to wait for another opening. Tennessee was already a dumpster fire before he took the job, it's just a bigger one now and he's in the middle of it. This may very well hurt his future opportunities for another P5 coaching gig, unless he goes to a mid major and serves some time there with above average success. But what a mistake he made by going to UcheaT.

JP will come back to Bama, rehab his reputation and enhance our defense at the same time, spend @ 3-5 years here at UT's expense, and then be ready for a P5 job. He's too good of a coach to be sidelined...and CNS loves a reclamation project. BTW, that last aspect of CNS' personality/character is and incredibly admirable trait. He doesn't have to do these...and yet he does time and again.
