For me it's as simple as marriage is between a man and a woman. If civil unions would give gays every right as marriage I would say great. Let it happen. I just don't support gay marriage.
Next I'll say I'm a little disappointed because I thought for sure you would be responding to the below quote.
Why do you say that? Did he fit a certain stereotype?
I know an old guy like that may thought might be gay. But, he has been married to one woman for over 65 years, had 2 kids (sadly buried both) and when a couple of his lifelong friends and neighbors came out and asked him about possibly being attracted to other men, he flat out let it be known that the thought to him was disgusting. He didn't even talk to those guys for a few months. I knew a nephew of his and he would come across as gay but he has been married for close to 15 years and has a kid.
I also know a lady that has been with a couple of different women and has said that it is a thing of the past and just didn't like doing that anymore. This girl is hot and any man or woman that saw her would want to meet her. I asked her, "you just don't want to do that anymore? Turn it off like a light switch?" and her response is, "Just not in to it anymore."
Is there pics of these events? Better?
