Anchorman.

First time I saw it was in the theatre with a little big of whiskey we'd snuck in. When Ron Burgundy looks at the camera and says "Go F--- Yourself San Diego," one of my friends literally fell out of his chair and into the aisle laughing. Luckily there were only about a dozen people in the theatre, and no one behind us, so we weren't distracting anyone else from the movie. It's only gotten funnier with each viewing. It's truly the best Will Ferrell has ever done. Most of his movies have just been so/so but Anchorman was a gem. In college there's no telling how many times I watched it.

In 10-15 years The Hangover will be on some top 20 lists. Another movie that gets funnier with each viewing.

All my favorites have already been listed. Of those, I think I laughed the hardest at Anchorman, followed very closely by Napoleon Dynamite. Raising Arizona and The Big Lebowski rank right up there as old stand-bys.

Bad Santa
Fargo

Tie between Anchorman and Blazing Saddles. With an honorable mention going to Robin Hood: Men in Tights.
Most recently, The Other Guys was hilarious.
