BREAKING Underwood Flips to Michigan

I am torn. Glad to see Kelly lose Underwood, but why did it have to be UM? And now they will also flip their WR, Meadows.

They are trying to get our OL commit Ty Haywood too.

I wish someone (Congress, Saban as commissioner, etc) would stop this NIL nonsense and have boundaries on how it can be used the right way).

Reactions: The Ols
For what its worth i think this is as much about Kelly and lsu this year as it is about money. The money likley opened the door for UM but Kelly without Daniels and an elite wr core is back to what we know him from at notre dame. The UM staff is not ik good Condition either and will likley be fired/scapegoated in the next season or two and will reopen the Underwood sweepstakes.

Meadows likely follows him to UM, but he was never fully sold on LSU to begin with.

Im leaning toward haywood sticking with us but you never know, I believe we have more to offer everywhere except for immediate NIL. Long term NIL is the same for him at either school.

Interestingly, neither ESPN nor SI mentions the NIL offer in their reporting of the flip...

Maybe they’re waiting for confirmation from Fambly Man Kelly that he’ll up the NIL ante to flip Underwood from his own salary to get himself another year to show that he can develop a 5-star high school QB—

$10M reasons he flipped...college football has lost its integrity..what was left anyway....

The more Michigan pays these other guys, the less they have to give to Bama commits. Thank you Brian Kelly--again.
