No because the year Mark won, I remember the analysts saying fan voting played some part in the voting...but again I am not sure.

I think it just counts as one official ballot. But the year Mark won, every ballot counted.

Who knows how this thing is going to turn out? ESPN Heismanology has him barely ahead, and the pundit website has him in third?
