not saying the committee got it wrong. Bama is clearly one of the best 4. But if something as arbitrary as injuries determines post season play, then the system is broken.

The committee basically messed things up so badly they didn't have a good way out.

If they were going to punish FSU, they should have done more of this earlier. This would at least have softened the position. FSU has a really bad SoS, but they got away with it all the way until now. That was a mistake.
