Had this album on today in the Volvo as I ran errands. I remember when it first came out. Just the same as when new Steely Dan albums came out....you knew it'd be a little different.......but also the same magic as always!

 
i was lucky enough to catch the jerry band at the warfield theater in san francisco late summer 1990. an awesome experience. i love this song

solo version, jgb version, and the boys (with both bruce hornsby and vince on keys)

Tom Hanks' best film, btw......

I saw it when it premiered. Was in S FL with my girlfriend visiting her parents. We double dated with her sister and her husband, a retired German boxing champion. The movie blew me away. I'll never forget that night.....
