I like my Runmax vest. It is adjustable. I started with 20 went down to 15 and now at 25. I am about to go to 30 or 35. Haven't decided. Eventually you won't notice the weight.Hey guys, I've read this thread a few times now and have become increasingly more interested in rucking/ walking with a weighted vest, etc.
I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on a weighted vest and suggestions on what weight to start out with. I already walk 5-7 miles a day unweighted. I'm not in terrible shape but don't wanna overdo it starting out.
