What's your 2nd favorite team to follow after 'Bama?

Bah. I HATE this question because I don't believe there is a such thing as a "second" favorite team. Alabama is my one and only favorite. But to entertain the question, I do support Vanderbilt when I can since I live in Nashville. It really makes me happy to see them win and digusts me at the lack of support they get even from their own fans/students.

Same here. But if I had a second favorite it would be GT, then BC. They're just classic teams who I've enjoyed watching over the years.

I'd have to say Boise State...Love that they can always put up points on the board, and you gotta love that smurf turf! :)

But second is a longgggggg way away from first in this case.

Wow i am really surprised by the amount that is going with OU on this one and i as well will go with OU in football

just some good ppl out there in norman

but when bball season rolls around im all about some jayhawks in KU (kansas)

Wake Forest and University of Virginia. I also love any team that beats up on UNC. You gotta be an alum of the first two schools to understand that.

UAB- I went to school there
and
Ball State- My longtime girlfriend is an Alumn there. Their Stadium is so small. Poor guys. Looks like some of Alabama's high school fields. We might be moving up to Muncie in a few years and I will go to the games. Her family only lives about 5 miles from the stadium. I wore my Ball State gear back when they played the barn. I was sporting my Tide hat with it. The barner's at the sportsbar hated me. They killed Ball State though. I enjoyed just ticking them off.... a moral victory I would call it.;)

Stay where you are at in Florida. Muncie has changed and grown. The crime has also increased at an alarming rate. You are better off in Jax's. Once upon a time Muncie was a great place to live. But Factory shut downs and job loss has created an uncertain economy in Muncie.

What ever team is playing the Notre Dame..........

Then what ever team is playing Oklahoma(father in-law).........

Then who ever is playing a team from Florida............

Basiclly any team the media seems to love just because they fielded a team.

It's a very long story but I went to Ball State for a semester in 1992. I really couldn't tell you much about it as an academic institution (I sold my books two weeks after class started to buy cigaretts and finished with an A,B,C,D), but there's a lot of partying that goes on. I still go up to Muncie when I'm in Indiana, my wife's family lives there. I liked that little place alright, but the Cardinals are hopeless.

Believe me, I have been trying to talk her into moving back to my hometown of Pell City or atleast the Birmingham area but she wants to raise children in Muncie because all of her family is there. She tells me drugs are all over the place and the city officials are dirty but she still wants to live there. Scares the crap out of me. I am surprised half the people there aren't killed navigating around those corn fields. You can't see crossing traffic worth a crap.

Yikes Liver!

Like I said my wife's family is in Indiana, but she is adament that her children have Southern accents. I like Muncie because of a record store and a couple of bars. It's no place I'd want to live. Good luck with that.

I had fun at "the bird" but I hated the meatmarket danceclub "dill street". She drug me into that place. I hated it. I guess the only reason I am considering the move is that I really love her family. I don't envy me either. I feel just fine here in Florida if you want to know the truth.
