Last year it fell during my boys Spring Break. We had a great time. It would be great if it did again! I may take out of school for a day anyway. Nothings more important than their education you know!
Is there a site with the schedule of events? I went to the Athletic Dept website and couldn't find anything.PlayerUA said:4.1.06

Well, it sprinkled a little. Didn't last long. Considering that we hadn't been to Tuscaloosa in a 'coons age we had a great time. I always expect spring weather to be fickle anyhow. We had coats. I guess that's the ol' Boy Scout training - "be prepared." Yes, we had a GREAT time, in spite of the weather.Alanbama27 said:You had a great time at last years A-Day game? Are you kidding me? It was raining and cold and miserable! We left at half time! Two years ago was a banner day, but last year sucked major league! Some of the weekend practices leading up to it were great, but that day was terrible!

I was not offended. I knew where you were coming from.Alanbama27 said:Sorry to those of you who drove in for the day. I suppose living 45 minutes from BD makes things a bit different for us since we actually can drive down on any Saturday that practice is open and watch the boys. If I had driven in from 8 hours, I'm sure I too would have found a way to enjoy myself.
With that said, two years ago A-Day was one of the most beautiful days I've ever seen and there must have been 40,000 people there!
